Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All custom software, documentation, or deliverables remain the property of ADEX Systems LLC until paid in full. Ownership terms may be further defined in project agreements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms of the applicable service agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
